What Youll Do
- Deliver anesthesia care for adult surgical procedures, including general, neurosurgical, and deep sedation/MAC cases
- Manage ventilation and oversee physician-administered regional anesthesia
- Conduct preoperative assessments and patient education
- Monitor patients throughout surgeries, ensuring safety and comfort
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff
- Respond to patient emergencies and document care accurately in Epic EMR
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
What You Need
Required:- Current NBCRNA certification
- State license (fully licensed, not pending)
- BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
- 3+ years of CRNA experience (no new graduates)
Preferred:- Experience in a Level 1 trauma center or similar high-acuity setting
