Position Details

Position Details:

• Linehaul position going from San Antonio to McAllen
• Drop and hook
• There could be times when the driver must touch freight. If there is an emergency - driver call out or breakdown, the linehaul driver is required to start the unload process while management attempts to find a driver to relieve them.
• Average 11 stops per week

Additional Information:

• Must have reliable transportation
• Provided and required to wear uniforms and steel toe boots/shoes
• 2-3 days training

This role is paid at an hourly rate for all hours worked and an activity-based payment calculated using the formula, Activity Based Total - Hourly Pay = Activity Based Payment Amount, to reward drivers for their commitment to delivering excellence and increase income based on individual efforts.
