Position Details

Position Details:

• Driver will begin their day shuttling a loaded trailer from the DC in Rancho Cucamonga CA to the JB Hunt yard in Fowler, CA

• Driver will drop the trailer at the Fowler yard and pick up an empty trailer and shuttle it back to the Rancho Cucamonga DC.

Special Requirements:

• Drivers will be required to help other JBI/DCS accounts.

• When helping intermodal drivers can expect to do 1-2 loads per day.

• Drivers must download S&F's app to their cell phones for the store's tracking abilities

Truck Info:

• Automatic Day Cabs

• Freightliner and Internationals (driver does not choose)

• Slip seating is required

• Trucks must remain at the account for time off

This role is paid at an hourly rate for all hours worked and an activity-based payment calculated using the formula, Activity Based Total - Hourly Pay = Activity Based Payment Amount, to reward drivers for their commitment to delivering excellence and increase income based on individual efforts.
