Position Details

Position Details:

• Flatbed experience is Preferred.
• Drivers will operate 100% in Texas.
• Hauling oil and gas pipe to/from Tenaris facilities in Bay City, Houston, and Conroe
• Drivers will start their day at the Houston Yard; picking up their initial loads in Bay City, drop and hook in Conroe or live unload in Houston and head back to Bay City.
• Drivers will be shuttling pre-loaded trailers between customer facilities.
• Expectation is 100% of loads to be preloaded with 0 live loads however this can change during customer maintenance periods.
• Fast paced work environment on the lot with an estimated turnaround time of 30 minutes. Drivers will go from the gate to the staging area, identify the trailer, strap load the product and then verify product tags with BOL and then leave gate.
• Drivers are required to strap and secure all equipment. The customer is responsible for the initial 3 straps and the driver will be responsible for the remaining 7-9 depending on the product.

Special requirements:

• Uniforms and PPE are required and provided. (Hard hat with chin strap, protective eyewear, safety vests, and steel toed boots)
• Must be willing to work a 6th day occasionally and HOS permits
