Seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager for a contract leadership opportunity in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. The RN Unit Manager will oversee daily clinical operations, supervise nursing staff, ensure quality patient care, and support regulatory compliance while fostering a positive and collaborative care environment.

GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY
  • Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours Per Week
  • Pay Rate: $53.40 - $62.30 per hour
REQUIREMENTS
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing
  • Previous Unit Manager, Charge Nurse, Nurse Supervisor, or leadership experience preferred
  • Current BLS certification preferred
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience coordinating patient care and managing nursing staff
  • Knowledge of long-term care regulations and nursing standards
  • Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned units
  • Coordinate and oversee daily resident care operations
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Monitor resident outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives
  • Assist with staffing, scheduling, and personnel management
  • Conduct clinical assessments and participate in care planning
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Provide mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and regulatory compliance
  • Promote resident safety, satisfaction, and quality care outcomes
