POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a healthcare team in Rutland, Vermont. This is a contract assignment offering consistent hours in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Local Candidates Only
- Night shift assignment.
- Must have PCC experience.
- Previous nursing home experience is required.
- Registry personnel must bring a state or federal issued identification to the facility.
- A photo badge must be worn at all times while on assignment.
- Agency staff must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccination series or provide a documented religious and/or medical exemption from their employer where applicable.
- Additional doses must be obtained where required by law.
