LICENSED NURSING ASSISTANT (LNA) | LOCAL TRAVEL CONTRACT ASSIGNMENT JOB OVERVIEW
Seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for a local travel contract opportunity in a long-term care and skilled nursing setting. The LNA will provide direct resident care, assist with activities of daily living, support nursing staff, and contribute to a safe and positive care environment.

SHIFT DETAILS
- Shift Time: 2:00 PM 10:00 PM
- Meal Break: 30 Minutes
- Evening Shift
GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY
- Guaranteed Hours: 37 Hours Per Week
- Pay Rate: $15.00 - $17.50 per hour
REQUIREMENTS
- Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification/license in good standing
- Current BLS certification preferred
- Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or healthcare experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with transfers, ambulation, and mobility needs
- Obtain and document vital signs as directed
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Assist residents with meals, hydration, and feeding as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity
- Support nursing staff with daily patient care activities
- Maintain a clean and safe resident environment
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Guaranteed 37 hours per week
- Competitive pay rate of $15.00 - $17.50 per hour
- Evening-shift assignment
- 7-week local travel contract opportunity

- Public transportation is limited and unreliable
- Every other weekend commitment required
- All requested time off (RTO) must be approved before contract signing
