Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for a local contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care and assist residents with daily living activities while supporting a safe, comfortable, and positive care environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
- Obtain and document vital signs as directed.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
- Provide compassionate support and companionship to residents.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Follow infection prevention and safety protocols.
- Support the nursing team in delivering high-quality resident care.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification required.
- Current BLS certification preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centered care.
