LICENSED NURSING ASSISTANT (LNA) | LOCAL TRAVEL CONTRACT ASSIGNMENT JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for a local travel contract opportunity in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. The LNA will provide direct resident care, assist with activities of daily living, support nursing staff, and help ensure residents receive high-quality, patient-centered care.

This assignment offers guaranteed hours, competitive compensation, and a consistent overnight schedule.

SHIFT DETAILS
  • Shift Time: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM
  • Meal Break: 30 Minutes
  • 12.5-Hour Night Shift
GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY
  • Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Per Week
  • Pay Rate: $18.60 - $21.70 per hour
REQUIREMENTS
  • Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification/license in good standing
  • Current BLS certification preferred
  • Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or healthcare experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care
  • Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Assist with transfers, ambulation, and mobility needs
  • Obtain and document vital signs as directed
  • Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
  • Assist residents with meals, hydration, and feeding as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity
  • Support nursing staff with daily patient care activities
  • Maintain a clean and safe resident environment
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
  • Guaranteed 36 hours per week
  • Competitive pay rate of $18.60 - $21.70 per hour
  • Night-shift assignment
  • 7-week local travel contract opportunity
