Local/Travel Dietary Manager

Job Requirements
Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field

Certifications Requirements:

  • Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or equivalent certification
  • Food Safety Certification (ServSafe or similar)
  • Supervisory or Food Service Management Certification (preferred)

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience in a dietary or food service setting
  • Experience working in a hospital or healthcare environment
  • Proven track record of managing dietary services and staff

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work day shifts, 8 am to 5 pm, totaling 40 hours per week
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle physical demands such as standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred
