Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a Local Travel Contract opportunity in a long-term care and skilled nursing environment. SHIFT DETAILS
- Shift Time: 7:00 AM 7:30 PM
- Meal Break: 30 Minutes
- 12.5-Hour Day Shift
- Rotating Schedule
- Every Other Weekend (EOW) Required
GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Per Week
- Pay Rate: $14.85 - $17.33 per hour
REQUIREMENTS
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing
- Current state certification as required
- Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or healthcare experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care
- Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
- Measure and record vital signs as directed
- Assist with ambulation, transfers, and repositioning
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
- Support nursing staff with routine patient care responsibilities
- Document care activities accurately and timely
- Follow infection prevention and safety protocols
- Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Guaranteed 36 hours per week
- Competitive pay rate of $14.85 - $17.33 per hour
