JOB OVERVIEW
Seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Per Week
Pay Rate: $15.45 - $18.03 per hour
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification
Current CNA License/Certification in Good Standing
Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or patient care experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively within a healthcare team
Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to licensed nursing staff
Record vital signs and assist with routine patient care tasks
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
Support patient comfort, dignity, and independence
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary healthcare team members
Follow facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Local candidates only

Photo badge must be worn at all times
COVID-19 vaccination or approved religious/medical exemption required
Additional vaccine doses must be obtained when required by law
36 guaranteed hours per week
Consistent three-day schedule with 12-hour shifts
