Job Requirements
Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Certifications Requirements:

• Montana CNA License
• BLS Certification
• Strong LTC or dementia experience

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a CNA in acute care or long-term care settings.
• Demonstrated experience handling swing bed units.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work flexible day and night shifts (block scheduling preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical stamina to assist with patient mobility and care.
