Lead all field operations for commercial interior and Class A office construction projects. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, building management teams, and project stakeholders. Develop and manage short-term schedules and daily work plans. Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Oversee demolition, framing, drywall, ceilings, flooring, millwork, MEP systems, and final finishes. Conduct daily site walks and subcontractor coordination meetings. Enforce safety policies and maintain OSHA compliance. Coordinate inspections, building requirements, and occupancy-related restrictions. Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to ensure accurate field execution. Identify and resolve field issues before they impact project schedules or budgets. Maintain daily reports, progress updates, and site documentation. Partner closely with Project Managers to achieve project milestones and client expectations. Manage punch list completion and project closeout activities.

5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction. Proven experience leading Class A office interiors, corporate office, tenant improvement, or workplace renovation projects. Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and fast-track project schedules. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
