Job Description
Manage and supervise all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project milestones are met. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process. Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders. Maintain accurate project documentation and records. Implement best practices to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure adherence to all company policies and industry standards.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent - Local should have: a strong background in the property construction industry, proven ability to manage multiple aspects of construction projects effectively, knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in construction, excellent communication and leadership skills, problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
