Local Sales & Community Engagement Manager
This position is a locally focused role responsible for building relationships in the community and
turning those connections into real sales, especially catering and group orders. This position is best
suited for franchisees with multiple locations open, where consistent community presence and
proactive catering outreach can drive meaningful, scalable growth across stores.
Part-Time or Full-Time Catering Sales & Community Engagement
About the Role
We’re looking for a part-time Catering Sales & Field Marketing Coordinator to help grow catering sales
and build strong local relationships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the
community, starting conversations, and turning relationships into real business.
This role is highly hands-on. You’ll be responsible for sourcing catering leads through community
outreach, local partnerships, and in-person visits - then seeing those opportunities through from first
conversation to confirmed order.
What You’ll Do
Catering Sales
Proactively source catering and group meal opportunities through in-person outreach.
Visit local schools, offices, youth sports organizations, churches, and community groups to
introduce catering options.
Build a local catering pipeline from scratch and manage relationships through follow-up and
repeat business.
Secure catering orders, confirm details, and coordinate execution with store teams.
Track outreach, leads, and sales activity using simple reporting tools.
Community Engagement
Represent the brand at local events, school functions, and community gatherings.
Build long-term relationships that keep the store top of mind within the community.
Support grassroots marketing efforts such as drop-offs, sponsorships, and local partnerships.
Collaborate with store leadership on community initiatives that support traffic/catering
growth.
Who This Role Is Great For
Someone with 1+ years of experience in hospitality, catering, local sales, or field marketing.
A former restaurant manager, catering coordinator, or community-focused sales rep.
A self-starter who is comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships from the
ground up.
Organized, reliable, and able to manage time effectively with limited hours.
Requirements
Flexible weekday availability; occasional evenings or weekends for events or outreach.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Comfortable working independently and tracking activity.
