Title: Teacher Assistant
Location: Charleston, SC
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (school hours)
Compensation: $25.00–$28.00 per hour
Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision offered to full-time employees
Work Setting: On-site only
Certification:
• Minimum of 60 college credits OR passing score on the Parapro Exam
Position Details:
• Full-time, contract position for the 2025–2026 school year
• Support students with special needs, including autism and behavioral challenges
• Assist with toileting, diapering, and feeding as needed
• At least 1 year of classroom experience
Travel stipends available for non-local candidates willing to relocate for assignment
