Overview:
Local Retail Remodel Laborer
SPAR is hiring dependable, hardworking local team members to support retail reset/remodel projects at stores in your area.
If you enjoy hands-on work, working as part of a team, and have experience using basic hand tools, we'd love to hear from you.

Shift Schedule
Day Shifts: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
What You'll Do
- Planogram experience and ability to merchandise product
- Perform physical construction and reset work in retail stores
- Install and modify steel pallet racking and retail shelving systems
- Build and assemble retail store shelving fixtures
- Update signage and shelf conditions
- Lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Work safely and efficiently as part of a team
Qualifications
- Ability to work daytime shifts (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding work
- Comfortable climbing ladders and working up to 16 feet off the ground when required
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.
- Experience using basic hand tools
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to the local job site
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Personal cell phone and valid email address required
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Appropriate work boots/footwear required (closed toe shoes) on the job site
