Position Overview
- Install, repair, and maintain coax and fiber systems
- Work with residential and commercial customers in Columbus & Cleveland, OH
- Ideal for technicians who value quality, safety, and career growth
Key Responsibilities
- Install and repair video, internet, and phone services
- Perform fiber installs, terminations, and in-home setups
- Troubleshoot using meters and diagnostic tools (OTDR, signal meters, etc.)
- Follow safety protocols and meet daily service goals
- Provide professional customer service
- Work in various weather conditions and at heights
- Accurately document work using mobile/job systems
What You’ll Need
- Preferred: Viavi 620 meter (or similar)
- Preferred: Fiber tools (fusion splicer, light meter, etc.)
- Must be local to Aiken, SC
- Own truck/van + valid license, registration, and insurance
- Strong work ethic, communication, and customer service skills
- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors
- Basic computer skills
