Known for its strategic growth, collaborative culture, and stable backlog of repeat business, this organization offers the opportunity for a Project Manager to lead complex projects while building a long-term career with an employer that invests in its people.Job DescriptionManage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and client relationshipsLead commercial construction projects valued at $2M+Oversee project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure successful project deliveryDrive project financial performance and maintain profitability targetsCoordinate construction activities within occupied and active facilitiesManage stakeholder communications and provide regular project reportingEnsure quality, safety, and schedule objectives are achieved throughout the project lifecycleThe Successful ApplicantA successful Project Manager should have:Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial constructionExperience delivering multi-floor tenant improvement or renovation projects within Class A office environmentsExperience with medical office buildings and healthcare construction projectsGround-up construction experience preferredHigher education project experience strongly preferredExperience delivering complex laboratory, examination room, imaging, or technical facility projectsTrack record managing renovation projects within occupied buildingsStrong budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and client-facing skillsProficiency with construction management software and standard project controls toolsExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilitiesWhat's On OfferBase Salary: $100,000 - $130,000Annual Bonus: Up to 15%Auto Allowance: $500 per monthHealthcare: 100% employer-paid coverageOpportunity to join a financially stable contractor with a strong pipeline of repeat businessClear career progression within a growing organizationExposure to high-profile office, healthcare, and institutional projectsCollaborative leadership team with a strong reputation in the market
