Local Marketing Manager

Position Summary

This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial, relationship-driven leader to help grow the sales, brand awareness, and community impact of a brand-new Chick-fil-A restaurant.

As the Marketing & Community Manager, you'll work directly alongside the local Chick-fil-A Owner/Operator to help launch the new Chick-fil-A coming to Stillwater, Minnesota. You'll establish Chick-fil-A as a trusted and valued part of the community by building relationships with local schools, businesses, churches, nonprofits, and community leaders while creating marketing initiatives that drive sales and strengthen our brand.

This isn't a desk job. It's a people job. You'll spend as much time in the community as you do in the restaurant, building relationships that help Stillwater know, trust, and love Chick-fil-A.

Areas of Responsibility

Local Store Marketing

• Develop and execute local marketing initiatives that grow restaurant sales.
• Identify new opportunities to increase brand awareness throughout the Stillwater area.
• Plan and coordinate promotional events, partnerships, and community activations.
• Measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and recommend improvements.

Community Partnerships

• Build relationships with schools, churches, nonprofits, local businesses, and community organizations.
• Coordinate community events, fundraisers, restaurant visits, and sponsorship opportunities.
• Represent Chick-fil-A at networking events and community gatherings.
• Become a familiar and trusted presence in the Stillwater community.

Sales Growth Initiatives

• Identify creative opportunities to attract new guests and increase restaurant traffic.
• Support grand opening marketing and ongoing promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to execute initiatives that strengthen guest loyalty and drive long-term sales growth.
• Think like an owner by continually looking for ways to expand the restaurant's reach and impact.

Projects & Execution

• Coordinate grand opening initiatives and special projects.
• Move ideas from planning to execution with excellence.
• Manage timelines, logistics, and communication for marketing campaigns and community events.
• Support additional projects and business priorities as opportunities arise.
