SERVPRO of Bear/New Castle and SERVPRO of Upper Darby are looking for a highly driven, execution-focused Digital Growth & AI Content Specialist to help us aggressively grow our local online presence, search visibility, content systems, and digital authority.
This is NOT a traditional corporate marketing position.
This is a real-world operational growth role focused on:
- local SEO
- Google Business Profile growth
- AI-assisted content creation
- short-form video/media
- website content
- operational content systems
- local digital authority building
- PPC support
- measurable execution
We are building a true local digital growth system around real jobs, real projects, real people, and real operational content.

You do NOT need to be a senior SEO expert.
But you SHOULD already have:
- SOME content creation experience
- strong computer/software skills
- comfort with technology
- comfort learning AI tools
- ability to stay organized
- ability to execute consistently without constant reminders

Real Operational Involvement
This is NOT a desk-only position.
You will regularly:
- visit active jobsites
- capture photos/videos/content
- work directly with production teams
- help document projects
- assist with before/after content
- help generate customer reviews
- interview team members/customers when appropriate
- learn restoration terminology and operations
- become knowledgeable in water, fire, mold, reconstruction, and emergency services
The goal is to create REAL local authority content based on REAL operational experience.
Core Responsibilities
Google Business Profile Growth
- Daily GBP posting
- Photo uploads
- Review monitoring/responding
- Helping drive customer review generation
- Service updates
- Supporting local ranking improvement
- Monitoring competitors and local visibility
Website & Local SEO
- Assisting with website updates
- Building and improving service pages
- Local SEO optimization
- FAQ and how-to content creation
- Geo-targeted content updates
- Helping improve website conversion rates
- Supporting long-term local authority growth
Content & Media Creation
- Organizing field photos/videos
- Creating short-form content
- Assisting with AI-generated content
- Building repeatable media systems
- Helping capture real operational content
- Building and supporting Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms
AI & Technology Systems
- Learning and utilizing AI tools
- Assisting with digital workflow systems
- Improving operational efficiency
- Helping leadership implement scalable systems
- Supporting AI-assisted content production
PPC & Digital Growth Support
- Assisting with Google Ads / PPC campaigns
- Supporting lead generation efforts
- Monitoring campaign performance
- Assisting with digital growth initiatives
