Ongoing coverage may continue beginning February 2027.
Schedule
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM + 12:00–4:00 PM administrative time
- Monday–Friday
- Paid lunch: 12:00–1:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Neurology consultations and established patient visits
- Evaluate and manage outpatient Neurology patients
- Perform/read EMGs and EEGs
- Botox for migraines if credentialed
Practice Details
- Outpatient Neurology Clinic
- EMR: Cerner
- Support Staff: MA
No trauma
✅ Requirements
- NP: AANP or ANCC Certified
- PA: NCCPA Certified
- Board Certified
- Active Arizona License required
- Active BLS & ACLS preferred; must be willing to obtain during credentialing
- Clean malpractice and background
- Must provide specific availability from Nov 16, 2026–Jan 29, 2027
- Must specify number of shifts/month available
- Locums-to-perm interest should be stated
