Care Career is seeking a local contract Physical Therapist for a local contract job in Kansas City, Missouri.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized rehabilitation treatment plans
Implement therapy programs designed to improve mobility, strength, and function
Help patients manage pain and improve overall quality of life
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and home exercises
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic charting systems
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
Active Physical Therapist license in the applicable state
Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday
Strong communication and organizational skills

Experience working with patients in settings such as:
Home health
Skilled nursing facilities (SNF)
Rehabilitation centers or hospitals
Acute care or medical-surgical units
