Job Summary:
The Manager, Nursing Operating Room (OR) RN is responsible for leading and supporting nursing and unit-based personnel while promoting a healthy work environment, excellent professional nursing practice, teamwork, collaboration, and safe, high-quality patient care.
The Manager will oversee departmental operations, policies and procedures, budgets, resource allocation, quality and performance improvement initiatives, staff education, professional development, and shared governance. The role also provides nursing care as needed.
Requirements: BSN required BLS required Minimum 3 years of perioperative/OR experience Strong OR leadership/management experience Experience managing ORs performing procedures in: Orthopedics Robotics Endoscopy
