Job Summary
Plan and develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance. Monitor performance for patient care, assess units with nurse managers, and assist with any corrective actions. Develop a record-keeping system to document medication errors and counseling.

Required Qualifications
 

• Seven (7) years of experience, including five (5) years in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
• RN License.
• Primary Source Verification of License and Registration of Registered Professional Nurse from NYS Department of Education (NYSED).
• BLS certification.

Preferred Qualifications
 

• Master's degree in Nursing.
