Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to oversee nursing care and staff in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to ensure quality patient care.
• Monitor residents' conditions and coordinate appropriate care.
• Administer medications and treatments as needed.
• Review and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Respond to changes in resident conditions and emergencies.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and the healthcare team.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety, and infection-control standards.
• Support staff and promote a safe, compassionate care environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• LTC/rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• BLS/CPR certification preferred.
