Shift: Clinical Hours (Weekdays and Every Other Weekend)

Job Description

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient care in a MinuteClinic setting. The candidate will perform patient assessments, administer medications and vaccines, conduct phlebotomy and point-of-care testing, and maintain accurate patient records.

Required Qualifications

• BSN degree and active RN license in Indiana or eligible compact state.
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience.
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room.
• Experience with phlebotomy, vaccinations, and point-of-care testing.
• EMR experience; Epic preferred.
• BLS certification from AHA.

Schedule

• 3 weeks of training/orientation.
• Schedules provided in 6-week blocks.
• 7–10-hour shifts during clinic operating hours.
• Typically 2–3 weekdays and every other weekend.
• Some major holiday shifts required.

Submission Requirements

• RN license screenshot (must be in good standing with no current or prior disciplinary actions).
• AHA BLS screenshot (valid at least 30 days beyond the start date).
• Completed candidate questionnaire.

### Experience & Additional Requirements - Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience. - Previous experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room (ER) is required. - Experience with phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing. - EMR experience required; Epic preferred. - BSN degree required. - Active RN license and AHA BLS certification.
