Position Overview

We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to support an in-store vaccination initiative in a community healthcare setting.

The RN will be responsible for safely administering a variety of vaccines, including Flu, COVID-19, MMR, and other immunizations, while providing compassionate, professional, and patient-focused care.

PPE will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Administer vaccines including Flu, COVID-19, MMR, and other required immunizations.
Perform medication administration safely and accurately.
Provide compassionate and professional patient care.
Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
Provide appropriate patient education related to vaccinations and healthcare.
Follow established clinical, safety, and infection-control procedures.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support staff.
Adapt to changing patient needs and workflow requirements.
Contribute to a positive, caring, energetic, and team-oriented environment.
Support quality patient outcomes and excellent patient experiences.
Maintain flexibility with work hours based on operational requirements.

Required Qualifications

Active, full, and unrestricted RN license in the state where you will be working.
At least 1 year of related nursing experience, including immunization experience and providing quality patient care.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
Strong clinical skills, including medication administration.
Ability and willingness to administer vaccinations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED.
Must not be listed on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
