HealthTrust Workforce Solutions Regional is seeking a local contract nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a local contract nursing job in Richmond, Virginia.

Tell us about the unit(s):

·         Number of Beds – 19 Main PACU, 4 Beds in Atrium PACU

·         Number of Staff –  13 Full time

·         Type of staff: RN’s, Clinical Coordinator, Dept. Assistants

o    Day Shift – 8:00a , 9:00a, 11:00a and 12:00p waterfall schedule.  9, 10 & 12 Hr shifts

o    Night Shift -  On call after 9:30p 

·         Patient Ratios – 2:1, 1:1 unstable ICU, 1:1 peds

·         Type of equipment – Ventilators, Phillips and GE monitors, Sigma spectrum pumps

·         EMR - Meditech

Must have last year of experience working in PACU. ACLS and BLS required.
