Pride Health is hiring a RN - PACU / Pre & Post-Op Care to support our client's healthcare facility in Minneapolis, MN

 

 

Job Details:

Unit: Pre & Post Op Care
Desired Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 12 Weeks
Shift: Varying Schedule | 10-hour shifts | Start times vary day/eve, rotating from 5:30 AM, 6:00 AM, 7:00 AM, 8:00 AM, 8:30 AM, 9:30 AM, 10:00 AM, and 11:00 AM
Pay: $53-$55

 

Duties:

  • Provide pre- and post-operative nursing care, including preparing patients for procedures and monitoring patients during recovery from anesthesia.
  • Monitor vital signs, airway, pain, nausea, and overall patient condition, and quickly respond to any post-operative complications or changes in status.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered, complete patient documentation, and provide discharge instructions to patients and families.

 

Requirements:

License(s): Active RN license
Certification(s): BLS
Years of experience: 1+
Skills/Specialties/Technology: PACU, Pre-Op,  and Post-Op.
