Operating Room Registered Nurse – Contract

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse for a contract opportunity within a hospital surgical department. The ideal candidate will be confident circulating across multiple surgical service lines and comfortable both circulating and scrubbing in the OR.

Position Details:

• Contract length: 8 weeks
• Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week
• Day shift: 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
• Hours: 36 per week
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, with flexibility based on operating room needs
• No on-call or weekend requirements
• Day shift or night shift availability may vary based on department needs

Requirements:

• Previous Operating Room RN experience
• Strong circulating skills across multiple surgical service lines
• Comfortable with both circulating and scrubbing responsibilities
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules and surgical needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Experience:

• Orthopedics
• Vascular surgery
• ENT
• Neurology/neurosurgery
