Contract Length: 13 Weeks, with possibility of extension
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM–6:00 PM or 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
Pay Rate: $43–$48/hour
Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.
Pride Health is hiring a Mental Health & Psychiatric Registered Nurse (RN) to support a supportive housing program in the Bronx, NY.
This position is ideal for an experienced RN with strong nursing case management and care coordination skills and experience working with individuals with mental health and/or psychiatric needs.
The RN will support residents' overall health and wellness by coordinating medical care, conducting wellness checks, assisting with follow-up care, providing routine nursing services, and maintaining accurate documentation.
This position does not involve medication administration or medication management.
The RN will work within a supportive housing program serving approximately 86 residents. Residents live independently in their own apartments and are generally able-bodied.
The program serves individuals who may have mental health diagnoses, behavioral health needs, or other barriers, but the population does not require direct support professional (DSP) services.
