Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care in pediatric and related units. Responsibilities include monitoring staff performance, improving patient care practices, supporting nurse managers, and maintaining medication error and counseling records.

Requirements:

BSN from an accredited nursing program.
Active New York State RN license with NYSED verification.
Current BLS certification.
Minimum 7 years of nursing experience, including 5 years in a supervisory role.
Relevant experience in PICU, General Pediatrics, or NICU.
Two years of experience in Labor & Delivery, OR, Mother-Baby, or Inpatient Pediatrics.
