RN Unit Manager
The RN Unit Manager oversees daily nursing unit operations, supervises nursing staff, and ensures quality patient care while maintaining compliance with healthcare policies and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage nursing staff and daily unit activities.
- Monitor patient care, assessments, and treatment plans.
- Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and nursing documentation.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Nursing experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Previous nursing management experience preferred.
