Job Details:
Job Title: Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse
Location: Canton, OH
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: 41.91 - 44.01
Schedule: 19:00 - 07:30 (Night 3x12-Hour)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Local and traveler friendly.
Requirements: - Must have ACLS, BLS, NRP & STABLE.
- Experience working in Labor and Delivery as a nurse with possible assignments involving labor/induction patient, circulating role in the OB-OR, and antepartum assignments.
- Must have an active Ohio license or an active compact state license.
- Experience with EPIC Stork preferred but not required.
- Orientation time (32-40hrs) paid at 50% of base hourly rate.
- ECG rhythm recognition test and Safe Medicate assessments with acceptable scores.
Responsibilities: - Provide nursing care to laboring and antepartum patients.
- Assist with labor induction and delivery procedures.
- Circulate in the OB-OR during relevant cases.
- Complete required assessments and documentation in EPIC Stork system if applicable.
- Follow hospital protocols to ensure patient safety and care quality.
