Talent4Health is seeking a local contract nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a local contract nursing job in Evanston, Illinois.

Facility: NorthShore Evanston Hospital
Location: Evanston, IL
Specialty: ICU / Neuro ICU

Contract: 12 Weeks
End Date: 12/20/2026
Shift: Nights – 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
Schedule: 3x12s
Hours: 36 Hours/Week
 

Pay Package

  • Travel: $2,550/week gross
  • Taxable: $576/week
  • Non-Taxable: $1,974/week

Local: $62/hr

Requirements

  • 2+ years of strong ICU experience
  • Strong Neuro/Stroke ICU experience specifically
  • Epic charting experience
  • Active Illinois RN License
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • NIHSS
  • Passed EKG test required with submission
  • 5+ years of ICU experience preferred
  • New graduates not accepted

Additional Details

  • Patient ratio: approximately 1:2, sometimes 1:3
  • Must be willing to float to other inpatient units and NorthShore worksites, including Skokie, Highland Park, and Glenbrook
  • Every other weekend
  • Holidays as needed
  • No call
  • Monday classroom/EKG orientation followed by Tuesday unit orientation
  • Credentials due Thursday before start date
