RN – Hospice | Urbandale, IA

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for an 8-week Hospice contract in Urbandale, Iowa. This is a great opportunity for an RN who enjoys providing compassionate, patient-centered care in a home health and hospice setting.

The RN will provide skilled nursing and hospice care to patients in their homes, coordinate with the interdisciplinary care team, and support patients and families throughout the plan of care.

Position Details:

• Pay: $62/hr
• Duration: 8 weeks
• Shift: 8-hour day | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Hours: 40 hours/week
• Setting: Home Health / Hospice
• Location: Urbandale, IA
• Weekend: Weekend rotation required
• Driving Radius: 25–50 miles

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Hospice/Home Health experience preferred
• Ability to travel within the assigned service area
• Ability to participate in a weekend rotation
• Strong communication and patient-care skills
