Registered Nurse – Home Health
Pride Health is hiring a Registered Nurse – Home Health for a 13-week contract in Sylva, NC. This role provides skilled nursing care to patients in the Jackson and Swain County service areas.
Responsibilities Include:
• Provide skilled nursing care during home health visits, including assessments, medication management, and care coordination.
• Complete patient visits and collaborate with the care team to support patient needs.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and complete required assessments.
• Travel throughout the assigned coverage area to provide patient care.
Qualifications:
• Active North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Home Health field experience required.
• OASIS documentation experience preferred.
• HCHB or similar home health EMR experience preferred.

• Employment Type: 13-Week Contract
• Start Date: 8/24
• Schedule/Shift: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | 40 hours/week
• On-Call Requirement: Rotating on-call coverage (Monday 4:30 PM–Monday 8:00 AM)
• Coverage Area: Jackson & Swain Counties
• Mileage Reimbursement: Yes, between patient visits
• Pay Range: $53.00–$57.00/hour
