Position Details

• Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Endoscopy
• Location: Brooklyn, NY
• Assignment Dates: October 5, 2026 – January 4, 2027
• Pay Rate: $59.33 per hour
• Schedule:
  • 2 shifts: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • 2 shifts: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing endoscopic procedures.
• Perform pre-procedure assessments and post-procedure monitoring.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and efficient patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation.
• Support patient education and discharge planning.

Requirements

✅ BSN Required

✅ Active New York State RN License (in hand)

✅ Minimum 2 years of Endoscopy experience within the last 3 years

✅ Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)

✅ AHA BLS Certification

✅ Skills Checklist specific to Endoscopy nursing

✅ Willingness to float to appropriate units based on skill set and patient acuity

✅ COVID-19 Vaccination or approved medical exemption required
