Role: Full Time Hospice RN Case Manager

• Location: Kansas City, MO — field-based/in-person
• Pay: $85K–$90K annually
• Schedule: Full-time; multiple patient visits per day rather than a traditional hospital shift
• Travel: Regular driving between patients, typically 20–40 minutes for some visits; mileage reimbursement provided
• Patients: Hospice patients in private homes and senior living facilities
• Experience:Prior hospice experience is required
• License: Active RN license in the state
• Immigration requirement: Must be a U.S. citizen or green-card holder
