Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced RN Manager – Operating Room (OR) to provide nursing leadership and support within the perioperative environment. The ideal candidate will have strong OR leadership experience and a proven background managing operating rooms that perform Orthopedic, Robotic, and Endoscopic procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and oversight for OR nursing and unit-based staff.
Promote a safe, collaborative, and professional practice environment.
Support staff development, competency, coaching, and mentoring.
Monitor quality and performance improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and administrative teams.
Support operational planning, resource allocation, scheduling, and departmental goals.
Provide nursing care as needed.
