Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to oversee nursing operations and ensure high-quality patient care at a rehabilitation facility in Concord, NH. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and experience managing nursing teams in a rehabilitation or skilled nursing setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations and clinical services.
• Supervise, guide, and support nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Ensure quality patient care and compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor patient care plans.
• Manage staffing schedules, staff performance, and training.
• Monitor clinical documentation, infection control, and patient safety practices.
• Collaborate with physicians, administrators, patients, and families.
• Support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Previous nursing leadership or Director of Nursing experience preferred.
• Experience in rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or long-term care settings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and nursing standards.
• PointClickCare (PCC) experience preferred.
