**Join Our Dynamic Neuro ICU Team!** **Job Description:** - **Position:** Registered Nurse - Neuro ICU - **Shift:** Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) - **On-call:** No - **Weekend Requirement:** Yes, based on unit needs **About You:** - 2 years of nursing experience required - Minimum 1 year in a dedicated Neuro specialty ICU - First-time travelers welcome if required experience is met - Active state license and certifications: BLS, ACLS (AHA), NIHSS **Your Responsibilities:** - Perform competent Hourly Neurological Assessments - Manage Intracranial Pressure - Handle External Ventricular Drain (EVD) management - Oversee Subarachnoid Hemorrhage Management - Administer post-thrombectomy care - Support post-craniotomy care (post brain tumor resection) **Unit Highlights:** - 24-bed Neurosurgical ICU - Comprehensive Stroke Center and Level I Trauma Center - High acuity and fast-paced surgical environment - Floating to sister facilities in Metro Region as needed - Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:2 - Charting through Epic - Scrub color: Navy **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
