**Join Our Team as an Acute Travel RN - Medical Surgical Unit in Southern TN!** **Job Description:** - Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Specialty: Medical Surgical (Med Surg) - Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM - Location: Southern TN Hospital, Winchester, TN - Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 - Weekend Hours: 24 - Call Requirements: As Needed (Must arrive at the facility within 30 mins to 1 hr) **Unit Information:** - Number of Beds: 44 - Patient Ratios: 1:6 - Electronic Health Record System: Meditech - Supervisor: Andrea Jackson, Director of Medical Surgical - Patient Population: Serves all ages (geriatric, adult, pediatrics, etc.) **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic Med Surg environment - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using Meditech - Float to other areas as needed, demonstrating versatility and teamwork **Qualifications:** - Required: - Active RN license in Tennessee - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification - 2+ years of Med Surg experience - Preferred: - Additional certifications in related specialties - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Professional demeanor and a positive attitude **Dress Code:** - Scrub Color: Any - Unacceptable Attire: No casual wear or hoodies **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
