**Join Our Dynamic Med/Surg Team as an RN!** **Job Description:** - **Location:** Pulaski, TN - **Shift:** 7PM - 7:30AM - **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 36 **Why Join Us?** - Be part of a vibrant and dedicated team working in a 95-bed, Joint Commission-accredited acute care facility. - Engage with a diverse patient population, primarily adults and geriatrics, while occasionally caring for pediatric patients. - Enjoy a supportive work environment with a unit secretary/monitor tech stationed at the Med/Surg nurses station. **Position Highlights:** - **Role:** RN/LPN in a Medical/Surgical unit - **Patient Ratios:** 1:5 - **Call Requirements:** Yes, based on census; possible float to other units. - **Required Certifications:** - BLS - ACLS - PALS - **Experience:** 1-2+ years Med/Surg experience preferred. **Unit Information:** - **Number of Beds:** 19 - **Patient Equipment:** Welch Allyn vital machines, masimno, careview, telemetry, sara stedy, ARJO lift. - **EHR System:** Medhost - Clinical Experience. - **Supervisors:** Shanna Hill, MS/ICU Director, Jessica Barrow CNC MS/ICU. **Additional Notes:** - Rotate every other weekend; possibility of additional weekends based on needs. - Float to medical detox, ICU, OB, or ER as needed (with task assignments for OB and ER). - Required education: Certification/Licensure to practice as an RN or LPN/LVN in TN. **Dress Code:** - **Scrub Color:** Any (excluding print scrubs) **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
