Job Summary:
The Mammography Technologist is responsible for performing mammographic imaging procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. This role requires expertise in operating mammography equipment and ensuring patient safety and comfort during procedures. The technologist must adhere to established protocols and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications:
 

• One (1) year of experience as a Mammography Technologist.
• Experience with relevant equipment.

Required Education:
 

• Completion of an appropriate training program for Radiologic Technologist, including Military Training.

Required Certifications & Licensure:
 

• A valid license as a Radiologic Technologist issued by the NYSDOH.
• Post-primary certification in mammography issued by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).

Preferred Certifications & Licensure:
 

• BLS certification.
