Department: Labor, Delivery, Recovery & Postpartum

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced LDRP Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive care to mothers and newborns throughout labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and nursery care. The RN will work in a family-centered environment focused on safe, high-quality maternal and newborn care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care during labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum.
Perform maternal and newborn assessments and monitor patient conditions.
Provide newborn and nursery care.
Assist with labor and delivery procedures and GYN surgical care.
Monitor fetal heart rates and recognize potential complications.
Educate and support mothers and families.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure safe patient care.

Required Qualifications:

Current, unencumbered Oregon RN license at the time of submission.
Experience in Triage, Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Nursery is mandatory.
Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification.
AHA ACLS certification.
NRP certification.
Basic Fetal Monitoring skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

STABLE certification preferred.
Previous experience stabilizing high-risk newborns preferred.
