### Exciting Opportunity for Acute RN in Inpatient Rehab! **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic team committed to providing high-quality care in our Acute Rehabilitation unit. - Work the night shift from 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM, with guaranteed hours of 36 or 48 per week. - Treat a diverse patient population primarily composed of adults and geriatrics. - Deliver individualized rehabilitation services while collaborating closely with a skilled medical staff. - Experience opportunities to manage complex cases such as: - Neuro conditions - Trauma recovery - Burn treatment - Gait training and strengthening - Wound care using wound vacs - Engage in comprehensive patient assessments and create care plans tailored to patient needs. - Patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:6, allowing you to provide quality care. - Utilize lift equipment to assist patients effectively. - Familiarity with Meditech EHR enhances your workflow. - Enjoy a supportive environment and camaraderie with dedicated healthcare professionals. - Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities. **Onboarding Requirements:** - Must have Iowa SING background check to clear (Criminal and Child Abuse required). - Complete background checks must be fully cleared prior to starting — no instant or statewide searches accepted. - Mandatory reporter certification for both Child and Adult required. - Undergo a 10-panel drug test, including opiates. - Ensure titers are up-to-date within the last 12 months (MMR, Hep B, Varicella, TB). - Flexible start dates available (Monday or Tuesday). **Hiring Profile:** - Minimum of 1-2 years of acute experience required. - BLS certification necessary. - Preferred experience in travel nursing; MedSurg or LTAC backgrounds accepted. - Willingness to float to MedSurg as needed. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
