**Join Our Team as a Critical Care Registered Nurse!** **Job Description:** - Provide exceptional care to patients with critical medical conditions such as heart attacks, strokes, severe trauma, and respiratory distress. - Assess patient conditions to develop and implement effective care plans. - Administer advanced life support and treat wounds with expertise. - Assist physicians during critical procedures with precision and care. - Monitor and record vital signs to ensure patient stability. - Ensure proper functioning of medical equipment, including ventilators and monitors. - Administer intravenous fluids and medications as needed. - Perform suctioning to maintain airway patency. - Collaborate with the critical care team to foster an environment of teamwork and support. - Respond promptly to life-saving situations, adhering to nursing standards and protocols. - Advocate for patients’ needs and well-being. - Provide education and support to patient families during challenging times. - Care for pre- and post-operative patients, ensuring their safety and comfort. - Engage in case management and policy-making when necessary. - Participate in administrative duties to support facility operations. **Requirements:** - Must hold valid ACLS & BLS certifications (American Heart Association). - Possess a Texas RN or multi-state RN license. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
